Plan It For Me take your data protection and security very seriously.  We are compliant with the UK Data Protection Act and UK GDPR regulations.  

Staff only have access to your data for the process of completing your order and handling any queries.

We will NEVER share any of your data with 3rd Parties unless you directly request us to do so in writing (We will also contact you to confirm).  

We will retain your data for 1 year from completion of your order, following which it will be automatically deleted.  Should you have any queries, or would like to access a copy of your data, or submit a 'Right to be forgotten' request, please contact dataprivacy@planitforme.co.uk.

We only collect data for the purpose of understanding and fulfilling your order.  This includes:

• Sending you your order
• Contacting you in the event of any problems
• Validating your age for the purpose of tours/excursions and Bar/Nightlife Recommendations
• We only use your nationality for the purpose of providing you applicable Visa Requirements for your destination(s), and providing you with the relevant travel guidance for your destination(s) from your national government.
